We bring the entirety of ourselves everyday into the world not in separate and minute parts. Some of these parts may include our past: traumas, conditioning, modeling, grief, anxiety, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. These parts can show up in our personal, professional and romantic spaces that inhibit us truly actualizing our most authentic self.

Approach
In.Sight is honored to have worked with individuals/ groups with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds and understands the importance of being culturally competent in our practice. Our most important role is to hold a safe and non-judgmental space while partnering and with you towards the most authentic version of yourself.
This is accomplished with an eclectic therapy approach utilizing relevant techniques from evidence-based therapy modalities where we tailor an individual treatment plan based on your needs. In.Sight is humbled to be partnered with you on your unique journey.
